Ideal for couples this villa is located near the swimming pool. It has a shady furnished terrace with views over the pool.
Caterina 5 is entered down some steps from the terrace, into a comfortable living area which has a couple of armchairs in one corner with the TV. On the other side of the room there is the kitchenette which is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, gas hobs and microwave. There is no dishwasher.
In the living area there is also a wooden table with chairs for indoor dining. The villa is furnished with traditional furnishings and several pieces of antiques. Off the living area there is a large double bedroom which overlooks the swimming pool. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The shady terrace provides a perfect spot to enjoy meals al fresco during the warm summer days.
