The house is entered by a flight of steps from a large furnished private garden, which is ideal for outside meals and relaxing in the warm Tuscan sun. From the garden there is access to the shared pool.

The whole house has terracotta floors and terracotta tiled ceilings graced by beautifully restored wooden beams. On entering the house the lounge is on the left, it is tastefully furnished. The fireplace that is well restored with handmade terracotta bricks and wood finishings enhances the beauty of the lounge.

From the lounge there are superb views of the rolling hills and gentle valleys of Tuscany. The fully equipped kitchen leads off the lounge; from this room there is access to a low storeroom.

On the right of the entrance hall there is the double bedroom that is simply but elegantly furnished with a cast iron bed and an antique wardrobe and bedside table. Rugs sparsely cover the terracotta floor.

Up a couple of steps from the hall you get to the twin bedroom, bathroom and small laundry room. The bedroom is furnished with identical Tuscan beds and from the window there are superb views of the countryside. As in the rest of the house the floors are in terracotta and the ceiling done in wooden beams and terracotta tiles.
