There is an entrance hall, to the left there is a lounge area which opens onto a patio to the rear, where there is a table and chairs. The lounge is simply but adequately furnished. To one side of the lounge there is a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is a small bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two double and two twin which can be made into double on request. Two of the bedrooms have an adjoining balcony which faces to the front of the house. The third bedroom also has a balcony which faces out across the rolling hills of the countryside. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower facilities, the other with shower. On the second floor there is also a small shower room.

The house is ample for eight persons and has access to the shared swimming pool just a few meters away, the style of the house is typical of this century and provides an excellent location to visit and enjoy Tuscany and the Chianti.
