Enima, Pianella - Siena
Enima is a medieval building that has additions, which were added in the 17th and 18th centuries. It is situated a short distance away from Siena and from the main road from Siena to Perugia. This beautiful farmhouse is situated in a position that dominates the surrounding countryside of Chianti vineyards and the Sienese crete. A short distance away is the famous Brolio castles and many other medieval and quaint villages and farms of the Chianti.
The owners and their children stay on the first floor of the main building. They are available to help with all problems and requests. There is an inviting pool that is found in the grounds of Enima. Around the pool there is furniture and hammocks where you can relax and enjoy your tranquil surroundings and the views of the Chianti that lay before you.
The restructuring and restoring of this attractive house was done with great care and attention to detail. In doing so the original structure has been maintained with the use of old local terra cotta and the original oak and chestnut beams.
The apartments are found in what was once the stable, which now has been renovated into two beautiful apartments. Both have their own garden and entrance.
Pets are welcome at Enima but it must be communicated prior to their arrival.
