The entrance opens into the openplan lounge/kitchen/diner with its traditional Tuscan beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The comfortably furnished lounge has sofas, chairs and satellite tv. The original brick archway leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, gas hobs, fridge with freezer section, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The dining area with dining suite is located in an alcove to the right of the kitchen.

A modern spiral staircase leads from the lounge up to the first floor landing area.  From here there are doors to the bright modern double bedroom, a large single bedded room and the bathroom with shower.

Outside is a large raised tiled terrace, with dining table and chairs.  From here there are wide ranging views of olive groves, vineyards and in the distance Monte Amiata, one of Tuscany’s highest peaks.  A perfect place to relax during the day or sit with a glass of wine as the sun goes down in the evening.
