Entry is gained down four steps across the terracotta tiled terrace where there is a roof covered and well lit dining area with table and four chairs ideal for dining al Fresco from the outside grill. The old wood Tuscan front door leads into the lounge dining area, to the right is the fully fitted kitchen including 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker. There are ample kitchen/dining facilities for 4 people provided. There is a double sofa bed to the left with a dining table and four chairs ahead.

To the right double doors take you out to the sun set balcony furnished with a small round table and two comfortable chairs from here you can view the spectacular Tuscan sun set. Ahead and facing is another double French doors with a mini balcony and to the left is a small bathroom with shower and well finished in travertine.

To the right is an en-suite bathroom with shower finished to a high standard with travertine tiles. To the left French doors open onto another covered terrace that runs the length of the bedroom, with wide-open views of the Tuscan countryside - the sunset should not be missed!
