The entrance to La Chiocciola is up three stone steps to a small terra cotta tiled terrace, a crystal glass door and period dark-oak front double doors lead into the living area which has Sat TV and CD player and a comfortable double divan.

The large windows and glass door that lead to the balcony at the rear give a bright and open aspect and a beautiful back drop to the house. By the windows is the dining area furnished in Tuscan country style for eating inside.

To the right is the fully fitted kitchen which includes 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker. There is ample kitchen/dining facilities for 4 people provided.

To take you upstairs there is a carpeted iron spiral stairway. Ahead is an elegantly furnished twin/double bedroom with a large wardrobe with night safe, two single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower. The twin beds can not be made into a double.

To the right is another bedroom. This cosy bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a large wardrobe. There is another bathroom with shower.
