Available on site is a completely covered parking area. Within a few minutes walk there is a small typical Chianti village.

The swimming pool sits in a high point behind the hamlet and is surrounded by terraced lawns which enjoy full sun all day.
Residents often meet in the large piazza to the centre of the hamlet. Laid to travertine, terracotta and lawn with hundred year old olive trees and flanked by a botanical garden filled with the aromas of the herbs of the Chianti, it is a perfect place to watch the sun go down or gaze at the sky by night.
