Next door her son Paulo has a small bar and stocks a huge range of Chianti wine, this is a favorite for private wine buyers looking to extend their own wine cellars.

The Palio
The Palio
The Palio is the highlight of the Sienese calendar when everything stops and everyone descends upon the central square of Siena to witness the spectacular annual festival which dates back to Medieval times. The event takes place on 2 July and 16 August.
Casa Sisti is a wonderful hamlet which has nearby public transport links to take you to the centre of Siena to ensure you don’t miss a thing or have to worry about parking!
