The price displayed is per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, please bring a pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a 10x5 meters pool open from June to September
Is there a telephone, fax, and email connection available?
There is a public phone in Torrenieri, 3km away. In Montalcino there is an Internet cafe.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
Yes there is a terrace
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 3 km in Torrenieri.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1.5hours, Pisa 2hours15minutes, Bologna 2.5hours, Rome 2.5hours. 
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
