The swimming pool is just in front of the villa. It has a wooden deck around it and the view is stunning. It is completely private and fully equipped with sun beds and night-time illumination.

The garden is furnished with a stone barbeque and a bench close to it.

A covered terrace, equipped with a wooden table and wooden benches that comfortably seat eight, rises in a dominant position. Here it is possible to dine al fresco enjoying the view.

From the garden and the pool the view dominates the entire valley that leads downhill through olive and cypress trees towards the old city centre of Florence: in fact, with clear weather, Florence is visible in the distance. There are also breathtaking sunsets from here.

Gelsomino is the additional little wooden cottage for two, just a few steps away from Villa Ginestra. This cottage is not rented separately from the villa.

It is a fully equipped cottage with air-conditioning, two single beds, a small bathroom with shower, a tiny kitchenette and a TV sat . From one of the two windows there is an open gorgeous view.It is ideal for teenagers or for a young couple.

In front of the wooden cottage there is a very private terrace with a table and two chairs completely immersed in olive groves and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. A bus stop to the centre of Florence is within easy walking distance of about 1 km from the villa. It is an urban bus to the centre of Florence. Driving to Florence it takes around fifteen minutes.

Villa Ginestra is a ground floor holiday home that enjoys on two sides access to the garden making the best of inside and outside living. The interior is furnished with high-quality pieces. Entering there is a large living room with a dining-area, a fireplace and a double sofa bed.

The lounge is equipped with satellite-TV and stereo with CD player. There is a large door leading to the garden and providing the room with a lot of light.

The large kitchen is up a couple of steps in a separate room but open to the lounge. It has a second working fireplace and it is fully equipped with a table that seats six, oven, gas hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave oven and a safe.

There are two double bedrooms that are one next to the other. Two bathrooms with showers are next to each bedroom.

Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and airy with lots of light coming from the doors leading out. The two double bedrooms can not be made into twins.

Parking is available to the back.
