Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed.
Is the central heating/air conditioning included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a tennis court?
No, however you will find many in Florence
Is there a swimming pool?
There is a private pool.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Yes there is use of the phone line however for phone calls we recommend you bring a pre paid phone card for email you can plug into the line (do not forget your Italian adapter) if you do not have your own computer with you there are many Internet cafés nearby. If you need to be reached and you don't have a mobile phone, we recommend you buy one, they are small and inexpensive and you will be able to use it all over Europe.
Is there a balcony or terrace or gardens belonging to the Villa?
There are extensive beautifully tended gardens with a glorious terrace which looks over Florence (see picture)
What is the configurations of the bedrooms?
On the first floor there are 2 doubles and 2 twins
On the second floor there are 2 doubles 1 twin and 1 single.
Are there local grocery stores?
There is a large supermarket 3km down hill.
How far are the airports?
Florence 10 minutes, Pisa 1 hours, Bologna 1 hours, Rome 3 hours.
How far is the railway station?
15 minutes by taxi.

When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
