In the grounds of the villa there is a reception area that also includes a dining zone for meals that can be provided by the owner. Outside the reception there is a large terrace for al fresco dining from which a short path leads to the swimming pool.

The ground floor has 3 suites, one of which is accessed externally and is not connected to any of the other suites. This small suite has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a private furnished terrace and a bathroom with shower. These two suites are easily accessible for the handicapped.

The other two suites on the ground floor can be entered from the main corridor or from the garden. Both of these spacious suites have a furnished terrace and also a double sofa bed in the sitting area. The suite on the left has twin beds in each room while the suite on the right has one double bedroom and one room with twin beds. Each has two bathrooms with a shower. These two suites have fireplaces and characteristic vaulted terracotta ceilings.

On the first floor you find the other 4 suites. One is a beautiful large and spacious suite with two pretty double bedrooms. This suite has a typical fireplace with benches. In one of the bedrooms the original frescos has been carefully restored providing an enchanting atmosphere to the bedroom. From here there is access to a furnished terrace. The suite has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a tub and hand shower.

On the other side of the corridor there is another suite with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The ceilings are decorated giving an authentic feel to the rooms. From the sitting area there is access to a private furnished terrace. There are two bathrooms in the suite, one with a shower and the other with a tub and hand shower.

Up a couple more steps in the corridor you get to the fifth suite. Entering it you find yourself in a corridor with bathrooms on the right, one bathroom has a shower and the other a tub with hand shower. The suite has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, it also has a small sitting and cooking area. The frescos on the ceilings have been well restored respecting their original characteristics. All the windows from this suite have good views.

The seventh suite is accessed from an internal furnished terrace at the end of the central corridor. It is the smallest suite and consists of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The sitting and cooking area is small but adequate.
